Senior expert assigned to your case
Not a junior associate. A senior estate planning expert handles your matter from first call to final document.
Premium is built for the busy professional, the senior citizen, and anyone who would rather have the estate planning expert visit them than commute to an office. A senior expert comes to your home or office, spends 60 minutes understanding your situation. Followed by dedicated support throughout your Will journey.
India's Most Inheritance Planning Drafting Platform
Book a 15-minute discovery call with a senior estate planning expert. We will walk you through whether the doorstep convenience justifies the price for your specific situation.
A senior estate planning expert visits you. You get an in-person consultation, dedicated phone follow-ups, and Registration.
Premium is not about bundling more steps. It is about having a senior expert spend dedicated time with you, in person, at your home or office.
For most Indian families, the estate planning conversation is one of the most important they will have. Assets are listed, family dynamics are discussed, future scenarios are weighed, and a legal document is built around all of it. The quality of this conversation determines the quality of the Will.
A standard Notarised Will compresses this conversation into 30-minute video calls or written forms. Premium gives you a full 60 minutes with the expert physically in front of you, followed by consultation on phone until finalisation. You can pull out documents, walk the expert through your situation, and have your family present if that helps.
The Registration at the SRO’s office is included in the Premium package, but the consultation is the real product.
All three plans give you a properly drafted Will. The differences are in how much expert time you get and how the attestation is handled.
A senior estate planning expert will help you decide whether the doorstep convenience is worth it for your situation, before you book anything.

Revision opportunities are built into the timeline. You can adjust beneficiaries, clauses, or wording.

The original Registered Will delivered to your address.
The doorstep visit is the centrepiece of the Premium service. Here is what to expect.
A senior estate planning expert reaches your location at the time you scheduled. They are equipped with a checklist, a draft questionnaire, and the legal experience to handle whatever your situation throws up.
The first 20 minutes are spent understanding your assets and family structure. The next 25 are about distribution preferences, executor choices, and any sensitive family matters that need addressing. The final 15 are about practical logistics such as document storage, beneficiary contact details, and timing of registration.
You can pause, ask questions, pull out documents, and involve family members if you choose. This is the conversation a good estate plan deserves.
Premium includes registration at no extra cost.
Book a date and time that works for you. The expert confirms the slot within 24 hours of your enquiry.
Senior expert visits your home or office. Asset mapping, family structure, distribution preferences, and execution choices are walked through together.
The expert drafts your Will and walks you through it on phone call. Revision rounds are built into this stage.
We coordinate the Sub-Registrar visit and accompany you.
Pick a date that suits you and a senior estate planning expert will confirm the doorstep slot within 24 hours.
Premium is available across India. Both Notarisation and Registration options are available across all Indian states. The senior expert recommends the right route based on your case.
For most major metros (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad), the doorstep visit can typically be scheduled within 5 to 7 days of booking. For tier 2 cities and smaller locations, the lead time may be 10 to 14 days as we coordinate the right senior expert to travel.
If you live in a remote location, the consultation may shift to extended phone format with a single coordination visit. The expert will discuss the best approach on the initial call.
Premium is not the cheapest Will option. It is the most convenient and the most thorough. For families where the estate matters and the time is short, the cost pays for itself many times over.
Book your doorstep consultation and have a senior estate planning expert handle the whole process, from your living room.
The Premium visit is a full legal consultation with a senior estate planning expert. Treat it like the strategic conversation it is. Bring questions, bring documents, bring family if helpful.
Premium is built around the in-person consultation. Asking to convert it to video defeats the purpose. If you cannot host an in-person visit, the Registered plan (₹19,999) is likely a better fit.
Registration is more formal and creates a public record. For smaller estates with clear plans, notarisation is faster, cheaper to administer later, and more private.
Two revision rounds are included. Many clients sign off on the first draft because it looks fine. Use the second round to test clauses against worst-case family scenarios.
If your spouse, adult children, or trusted advisor would benefit from hearing your reasoning, invite them. The in-person format is built for this. Most Wills hold up better when the family understands them.
The Will overrides nominations on assets, but outdated nominations create administrative friction. Use the visit to map and plan nomination updates.
The composite scenarios below illustrate the kinds of cases where the Premium plan adds value over Notarised or Registered. Names and specific facts are anonymised.
A business owner with operations across two states, a son in the family business, a daughter who is a salaried professional abroad, and a wife who is a co-owner of the residential property. The case needs careful coordination across two children's expectations, a clear executor structure, and a Registered Will at the SRO with both spouses signing aligned but separate Wills in one doorstep visit.
A retired teacher in her seventies whose late husband left an ancestral property in a tier-2 town that needs to be passed to her son with a life-interest arrangement for her unmarried sister-in-law. The case needs Section 30 Hindu Succession Act treatment of the ancestral component, a capacity declaration in line with Section 59 ISA, and a senior expert who can sit through the family discussion at her home.
A practising specialist doctor in her late fifties with three immovable properties in different cities, two adult children settled abroad, and a clinic partnership. The case needs an executor structure that anticipates cross-border practicalities, registration to give the Will strong evidentiary weight, and at least two rounds of redrafting after the initial conversation. A 21-day Premium engagement is the natural fit.
The Premium Will service includes a one-time in-person consultation (up to 60 minutes) at your home or office with a senior estate planning expert, personalised legal guidance throughout your Will journey, professional drafting and review of your Will, up to two revision rounds, and end-to-end assistance with Will Registration. You will also receive original Registered Will. Limited-time offer: ₹29,999 (Regular Price: ₹34,999).
