					Guardianship deed and other allied documents pertaining to succession and estate planning
					as per Indian Law.

					Personal Information.  DIY Security Features
 You are allowed to create your own password at the time of registration and you may
					change the password of your DIY login id at any point of time after due registration and
					such a changed password is known and retained only at your end and the system would not be
					able to retrieve the same.
					We shall not share your personal information; including copy of DIY will & your succession
					details shared by you for the purpose of availing our services, with any third parties, except
					for the purpose of providing the services requested by you or with your written consent.
 How We Collect and Use the Information we Collect
 The company gathers personal information from users of the website. When you browse our
					Site, subscribe to our services or contact us through various social or web forms, you are
					voluntarily sharing personal information with us. This personal information also includes
					various data that we collect automatically. This may be the user’s Internet Protocol (IP)
					address, operating system, browser type and the locations of the Site the user views right
					before arriving at while navigating and immediately after leaving the Site. It may also

 AssetVault does not store any of your Will details after expiry of 60 days from your
					payment for our online services for DIY Will process. We shall retain the information like
					your Name, Email Ids, Contact details to notify you of any news in respect to Site and/or
					the Company.

 If you choose to use the Site, your use is subject to the current Terms of Use, Privacy
					Policy, Disclaimer and you consent to our limited use of information as outlined in our
					Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If
					we do make changes, we will post any changes on the Site and will indicate the date the
					changes were made at the top of our Privacy Policy
